Graduate Diploma in Midwifery candidates

Graduate Diploma in Midwifery candidates must submit yheir applications by September 28th 2008. Midwives with less than 12 months experience will be considered.

Requirements for Applications

  • Letter of application and current Curriculim Vitae
  • Certified academic transcript
  • Two recent practice assesments
  • Contact details for two professional referees
  • Passport photos
