She has a particular interest in management development and in the development of effective "people" skills at work. Her background includes project, programme and systems management.
Janice Martin - RTO Manager (RN, BN, GradCertACN(IntCare), GradDipNsgEd, MEd, Cert IV in TAA)
Janice has 20 years experience as a nurse in the public healthcare sector, specialising in Intensive Care Nursing. She has 11 years experience as a nurse educator in both the university and hospital environment and 3 years experience in vocational education and training in the health and community sectors. Janice's interests are in e-learning design, program development and work-based learning.
Victor Taskmakis - Trainer/Educator (Cert IV in TAA)
Victor is a full time educator and qualified trainer and assessor, with an education/training background in the education, health [including drug & alcohol], disability and multicultural sectors. He currently conducts all the Western Health Management of Aggression staff training and much of the new bullying and harassment in-service and formal training sessions. Maree has a wealth of experience in teaching and office administration in the school, TAFE and health environments. In her current role, Maree coordinates, delivers and promotes computer-based training (Microsoft Software Applications and Systems Applications) at Western Health and for external clients and is responsible for all the administrative and reporting functions associated with IT Training. Suzanna provides a range of administrative support to the team including course information, processing enrolments, updating and managing training systems and data. She believes in the importance of staff development and further training. She has a keen interest in computing, especially in the areas of desktop publishing, design, multimedia and web-based learning.
