Near the completion of your Graduate Year the GNP team will work with you through our continued recruitment process to assist you with career planning and finding the right area for your future career at Western Health. Discovery Programs
The Discovery Program is a comprehensive professional development program aimed at supporting the Registered Nurse, Division 1, Grade 2 in the transition to working within the specialty areas.
The Discovery Program offers six month placements in the following areas:
- Cardiac Care Unit (CCU)
- Emergency Department
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Special Care Nursery & Children's Ward
- Perioperative Urology
