Sunshine Hospital has a dedicated Children's Service.  The service provides medical and surgical care for children of the West.

The emergency department has a specific paediatric focus with dedicated paediatric emergency consultants. Medical services are provided by a staff specialist and paediatric consultants who also cover the Special Care Nursery.

The paediatric service also provides a sleep settling centre on the unit for parents and has an Early Parenting Program based at the Williamstown Hospital.

The Children's Outpatients and Adolescent Health Service provides medical, surgical, nursing and allied health management and support to children/adolescents aged 0-18 years.
