The Clinical Psychology Service provides expertise in the assessment and management of psychological syndromes
and disorders, and consultation to a wide range of inpatient
and outpatient programs within Western Health for adults.
The Clinical Psychology Service provides information and
advice to
- patients
- carers and
- other involved parties
regarding psychological conditions and their management,
and contributes to the overall management of patients in
conjunction with the multidisciplinary teams involved with
a patient.
Please note that this service is limited to eight hours per week.
Referrals
Referrals may be discussed with the relevant psychologist by contacting on the telephone number listed.
Referrals should be completed on the appropriate electronic data base, currently "Healthpower", or if this is unavailable to the referrer, by faxing a written referral.
