The Directorate of Continuing Care and Allied Health comprises a range of services and programs that deliver quality, multidisciplinary care across acute, subacute and community program areas. Service portfolios include: Allied Health disciplines/services, including paediatric allied health and care coordination programs across the continuum; Subacute aged care and rehabilitation services, including Restorative Care and Transition Care Program inpatient services; Community and Ambulatory Care Services; and the regional Drug and Alcohol Service.
One of the driving factors in this Directorate is to enhance the integration and responsiveness of services to better meet patient and organisational needs and strengthen community partnerships.
