� Gap analysis baseline established through the 2007 People Matters Survey
� Open and transparent communication mediums to help staff stay in tune with key news and events across Western Health
� Regular engagement with health sector union representatives to ensure they are well informed to keep staff aware of key issues
� A comprehensive range of staff training and education program opportunities to enable staff to stay well informed with relevant knowledge required to perform their respective roles
� Active and committed Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) units in place for staff to access.
