Western Health offers rotations in three streams tailored to suit those intending to pursue a career in Medicine, Surgery or General Practice. The staff of the Medical Workforce Unit are also happy to assist individuals create their own "mix" of rotations as training, leading to other specialities e.g. Obstetrics, however this is not guaranteed and will depend on the successful candidates and rotation preferences following the Recruitment and Selection processes.

NB1 : All HMOs will be assigned an Emergency rotation.
NB2: All HMOs will be assigned to Night Duty and/or Relieving term during the year.
NB3: Every effort will be made to provide rotations of your choice. However, factors such as current training program, previous experience, demands of particular rotations and the overall mix of yearly rotations will be taken into account.
